Availability and development
Product descriptions reflect the current development app. Screenshots use fictional demonstration data. Features, supported devices and installation steps may change. Joining the list does not guarantee a release date, price, signed installer, provider certification or service-level commitment.
The current focus is a local workspace. Hosted tenant accounts, teams and billing are deferred. Local scheduled work needs the computer and applicable service running.
Professional review matters
Review generated emails, messages, designs, property facts and calculations before using them. Olvu does not replace legal, tax, financial or brokerage advice. Verify prices, dates, image rights and communication permissions before marketing.
A REALTOR.ca URL is not an authorized live MLS feed. Email, Meta, Google and other connections depend on provider rules, account permissions and supported content. A connection screen alone does not establish production authorization or universal automatic publishing.
Responsible use
Use the site lawfully. Do not submit another person’s details without permission, attempt to access private records, bypass safeguards or interfere with the service. Keep client documents and credentials out of the launch form.
Content and third-party names
Olvu Desk branding, authored content and product illustrations are provided to introduce the product. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a service does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
The Toronto waterfront film uses licensed footage by Jim Desautels via Pexels, edited into a silent loop with digital camera movement. External websites and assets have their own terms.
Accuracy and access
We aim to describe the product accurately and keep the site useful. Development information can change, and continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed. Nothing here removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
