This notice covers the Olvu Desk launch website and its launch list. Visiting this website does not upload the contents of your local CRM.
Who is responsible
The launch list is not accepting signups yet. Public operator and contact details will appear here before it opens.
Information you provide
When the launch list is open, it asks for your name and email address. A phone number is optional. The signup service records the date and version of your email-consent wording. Do not submit client records, passwords or sensitive documents through this form.
Your details record your interest in Olvu Desk and, with your express choice, allow launch updates by email. An optional phone number is not consent to marketing calls or text messages. Joining does not create an account, activate a subscription or authorize a payment.
Hosting and access
Cloudflare hosts the published website. Launch-list details are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database, available through the operator’s authorized Cloudflare account. This website has no public signup-directory endpoint, advertising integration or list-selling feature.
Cloudflare receives technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Its infrastructure may process information outside your province or Canada; Canada-only storage is not promised. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its own practices.
Cookies, video and abuse protection
This authored website does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies, third-party video embeds or visitor accounts. Its film and screenshots are served with the website. Cloudflare may use security mechanisms and hosting logs to protect its service.
The signup handler uses a changing daily hash of an IP address to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the launch-list database. Old rate-limit entries are removed when subsequent valid signup requests are processed; this does not change Cloudflare’s separate security logs.
Your choices and retention
You may ask to withdraw launch-email consent, access or correct your details, or remove a launch-list entry using the published contact details above. Reasonable verification may be needed to protect someone else’s information. Future launch emails must provide a working unsubscribe method.
Launch-list information is for the stated launch purpose and requested follow-up. The operator should remove information when no longer needed, except limited records necessary to respect opt-outs or meet legal obligations. Provider backups and security logs may have separate retention periods.
The local app is separate
Visiting this site does not give it access to your local contacts, listings, messages or files. The local app stores its workspace separately. Services you connect inside the app have their own permissions and privacy terms. The local contact database is not yet encrypted in full by the application; device protection and verified backups remain important.
